My Eilersen product is broken, can you help me fix it, or do you know someone who can help me fix it?

If your product is within our warranty period and you believe that this should be covered by our warranty, you will have to contact the dealer from whom you purchased the furniture.

If the furniture is not covered by our warranty we recommend that you contact a local professional and enlist their services.

The cover for my Eilersen product is dirty. Can I wash it in the washing machine?

No. All our textile covers must be gently dry cleaned with perchloroethylene. As according to the ‘P’ symbol.

I'm interested in adding more Eilersen products, to the Eilersen products I already have. I want the new products in the same material and color as my other products. Is that possible?

We do not recommend it.

An Eilersen sofa is produced according to the specifications instructed when the item is purchased. We always seek to improve our furniture so small changes can have been applied since your original purchase. Also, the material changes overtime and different fabric batches can have small color variations.

I'm displeased with my Eilersen product, and thus want to raise a claim. How do I do that?

In that case you would need to contact the dealer from whom your purchased your Eilersen product, they are in charge of servicing and handling any issues with our products.

Can I change the legs on my existing sofa configuration and is it possible to change it from connectable to freestanding and vice versa?

Yes and no, and Eilersen sofa is produced as instructed at point of purchase. This means that your sofa cannot go from being connectable elements to freestanding later on, and vice versa.

If you would like the change the legs or the original ones become damaged overtime please contact one of our dealers, they can help your order new ones.

I have an old Eilersen sofa where the cushions could need new life, is it possible to order a new one?

Yes, if you contact one of our dealers here. They can assist you in regards to ordering new cushions.

I have an old Eilersen sofa that could need a refurbishing, is it possible to order a new cover?

Yes, if your sofa was originally ordered with detachable covers (if so, there is a Velcro strip underneath the sofa) we are able to produce new covers for you.
