We would like to inform you about how your ordering process for a new cover at Eilersen will take place.
We will ask you to review the following points so we can ensure you the best solution for your Eilersen sofa.

1. Can my sofa get a new cover?
• In general, we can supply new covers for individual pillows or for complete sofas that include a frame of the sofa. Delivery of frame covers is only possible if the sofa has been purchased with removable covers from the new.

• You can find out if your sofa is supplied with removable covers by examining whether the sofa cover is fitted with velcro at the bottom. • Should this not be the case, a local upholsterer must be contacted to carry out the work and Eilersen cannot deliver a finished new cover.

• It is possible to buy Eilersen fabrics by the meter through all our retailers.

• As all our models are undergoing continuous improvements and changes, a new cover cannot be delivered without us being sent the old cover as a template. Eilersen will not be able to guarantee the optimal fit without the old cover.

• If you do not have the opportunity to send the old cover because it is no longer present or has shrunk due to incorrect care, Eilersen can produce according to standard drawings for some individual models. However, Eilersen disclaims all responsibility for the fit on the sofa and it is the buyer who is responsible for any adjustments by an upholstery.

• Without exception, it is not possible to deliver a new cover on discontinued models if the old cover cannot be sent to us. The covers are cut and sewn with the old cover as a template and will not be returned. Fabrics from different productions may have colour differences - this is not a claim but natural production tolerance.

• As a rule, no new upholstery in leather can be made.

• Important - the cover must not be washed so that it shrinks, as it can no longer be used as a template. Eilersen only recommends chemical dry cleaning, for all its products.

2 What should I do?
• Please mention where you are located and your address/country.

• A picture of the sofa must be taken.

• The width and depth of the sofa and the individual elements must be measured

• A fabric from our collection must be selected o Alternatively, you can visit one of our dealers to see the fabric collection o Please also visit the Helpdesk section on our webpage, to get additional information regarding our fabrics - https://www.eilersen-helpdesk.eu/

Important: We only offer new cover from our own fabric collection which we know and have tested. Other fabric can give a high risk of extra consumption and costs that cannot be calculated before the production has started. Eilersen will not take the responsibility for COM fabric and those additional costs.

• Please send all information to newcover@eilersen.eu

• A CASE-number (a hyphen between CASE and number, must always be included) is assigned which must always be stated in all inquiries in the Subject field of the e-mail.

• Eilersen will send an offer

3. How do I place the order?
• The old cover must be packed properly and prepared for collection by TNT

• Order acceptance is sent to newcover@eilersen.eu stating the CASE-number in the subject field of the email.
o Package size LxWxH and weight are indicated
o Enter the collection address
o Contact person with telephone number is specified
o Preferred pick-up times (which days - time) are stated - minimum interval 90min (must be between 10.00 and 17.30) - can be work address (remember when ordering)

• Eilersen sends an order confirmation which must be paid in advance

• After receiving payment, Eilersen books collection of the cover from TNT

• You will receive a link from TNT with pick-up time and shipping documents to be printed and put on the package - IMPORTANT! TNT will refuse the receipt if the label is missing!!

• TNT picks up the package which is sent to our factory

4. How and when do I receive my new cover?
• Upon receipt of the old cover, we will send the final order confirmation with the current delivery time

• Delivery of the new cover takes place automatically per TNT after the current delivery time
